Payment Processing

  • Mama’s Joy does not store any sensitive card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@mamas-joy.com

Klarna Payments
If you choose Klarna at checkout, payment terms will be provided directly by Klarna. Eligibility is determined by Klarna, and we encourage you to review Klarna’s terms before completing your purchase.

Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined:

  • Double-check your card details or payment credentials.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.

  • Try an alternative payment method.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Payment Authorisation

Taxes

Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days after inspection of the returned item for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
