Returns Policy

At Mama’s Joy, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original packaging.
Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item. We will:

Arrange a free return.
Provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
Request photos of the damage to help us process the claim.

Return Shipping Costs

For unwanted items, customers are responsible for return postage. A contribution of £7.95 (FedEx drop-off) will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Returns for faulty or incorrect items are free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made products.
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition.
Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order after your refund is issued.
