Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom: Mainland UK, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Options & Charges

  • Mainland UK

    • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £35

    • Orders under £35: £5.75 delivery charge

    • Delivery timeframe: 4–6 business days

  • Scotland

    • Flat rate: £19.95 per order

    • Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days

  • Northern Ireland

    • Flat rate: £24.95 per order

    • Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days

Delivery Service
We use FedEx as our primary courier. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries may require a signature. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

Delivery Notes

  • Orders are shipped as one complete order unless separate shipments are requested (an additional fee may apply).

  • Delivery of large or bulky furniture items to certain regions (Scotland & Northern Ireland) is subject to logistical availability. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

  • Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, or major sales events.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. Refused deliveries may incur a contribution of £15 towards return handling costs.

Damaged or Lost Items
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you believe it was not received, please contact us immediately at support@mamas-joy.com.

Sustainability
We may use recycled or alternative packaging to reduce environmental impact. Items may be consolidated into fewer parcels where possible.
